1. About TinyMinds

TinyMinds is an online directory that connects parents with childcare providers in the UK. We are a directory service only — we do not employ, endorse, or vet any childcare provider listed on our platform. All providers are independently regulated by Ofsted.

2. For Parents

TinyMinds is free for parents to use. We provide information to help you find childcare but we are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of provider listings
• The quality or safety of any childcare provider
• Any agreements made between you and a provider

Always verify a provider's Ofsted registration at ofsted.gov.uk before booking.

3. For Providers

By creating a listing on TinyMinds, you confirm that:

• You are legally permitted to provide childcare in the UK
• All information in your listing is accurate and up to date
• You hold all required Ofsted registrations and DBS checks
• You will respond to enquiries promptly and professionally

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Content & Reviews

Reviews submitted by parents are moderated by TinyMinds. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms. Providers may not submit their own reviews.

6. Limitation of Liability

TinyMinds is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for damages arising from use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
